The RJN Travel client portal is provided to help clients review booking information, payment schedules, cruise resources, contact details, and related travel information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying RJN Travel if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
RJN Travel works to keep portal information accurate and current, but booking details, supplier schedules, port information, payment dates, prices, and travel requirements may change. You are responsible for reviewing your booking information and notifying RJN Travel promptly if anything appears inaccurate.
Travel services are provided by third-party suppliers, including cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, airlines, event providers, and other travel companies. Supplier terms, conditions, cancellation policies, payment rules, documentation requirements, and liability limitations apply to travel products and services.
Payment schedules shown in the portal are provided for convenience and may be subject to supplier rules or booking-specific arrangements. Contact RJN Travel if you have questions about a payment date, balance, or supplier requirement.
RJN Travel does not request or store passport numbers, passport scans, government identification documents, or credit card numbers in the client portal. Any sensitive documents required by a travel supplier should be submitted directly to that supplier through its secure process.
RJN Travel acts as an independent travel advisor. RJN Travel is not responsible for acts, omissions, schedule changes, cancellations, service failures, or policies of third-party travel suppliers.
RJN Travel may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the client portal after updates means you accept the revised terms.
